Where are you located? We are located in QLD, Australia and all items will be sent from our HQ via Australia Post.
What are your postage prices and when can I expect to receive my items? Within Australia: All Austraian orders are now being posted with express post which is usually an overnight service but can take 1-3 days depending on zoning. Jewellery is capped at $10 and clothing is quoted with express postage rates depending on weight. Prices are quoted in bag rates of 500g for $10, 3kg for $15 and 5kg for $20.
Overseas: We ship worldwide via Australia post airmail. Postage usually takes 6~12 working days though usually sooner. If you require faster postage, please contact us for an accurate quote. Postage rates for jewellery is a flat rate of $20 no matter how many pieces you order (bar the really chunky/heavy items). This covers registered airmail with tracking and unfortunately is an underquoted rate for this service. Clothing items are quoted for individual items will vary depending on weight. To find out shipping coat of your complete order, just go to checkout, add your country in the address compartment and the shipping rate will come up below. You need not make payment before seeing this and can decide from there whether to go ahead with your order (we hope you do!)
Orders will be marked accurately for customs valuation. Customer is therefore responsible for any duty/taxes that may apply when it arrives in your country. After your item is posted, Shantique Designs is no longer responsible for your items. Please make sure to check with your local post office for any delayed shipments.
How can I track my item? Tracking number will be quoted on your confirmation email when posted. You can track at any time via: www.auspost.com.au. Please note that it often can take a few days for any details to be logged about your parcel. PLEASE do make sure to keep track, especially overseas customers as a lot of parcels are going 'missing' when really theyre waiting in the post office for collection but no notice has gone to the customer! Boooo Aus Post!
Do you have a physical shop? Are wholesale opportunities available? We are 100% online (though we'll be popping up at a few markets in the future, stay tuned!) and wholesale is available on all items. Please use the contact tab to enquire.
Do you offer returns/refunds? Sorry, but we do not offer returns or refunds for any items unless damaged upon arrival. If your item does show up damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours. If you have any questions/queries, please ask us before placing your order via the 'contact' page and we will do our best to provide you with all the info you need to place your order in confidence.
How do I care for my Shantique Designs jewellery? We would suggest treating your jewels with care and keeping all plated jewellery out of contact with water, perfumes and moisturisers. This will prolong the life of your piece and help keep the colours remain intact. We would recommend you cleanse your crystal jewellery upon receiving.
